Official Rules

Avoraway Big Game Bracket Challenge (the "Contest")

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Avoraway, Brushton, New York 12916 ("Sponsor"). The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the National Football League ("NFL"), any NFL team, YouTube, eBay, or Walmart.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry period

Entries open on Sunday, January 10, 2027, once the 2026 NFL regular season has ended and the playoff field is set, and must be received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, January 16, 2027 (the "Entry Period"), before the first Wild Card game begins. Sponsor's records are final. If the NFL changes its playoff schedule, Sponsor may adjust the Entry Period and will post the change on the Contest page.

4. How to enter

Visit https://avoraway.com/playoff-challenge, complete all thirteen (13) picks in the bracket (Wild Card, Divisional, and Conference Championship games in both conferences, and the Big Game winner), and submit your name and email address using the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Repeat entries, entries from multiple email addresses by the same person, and automated or bulk entries are void; only the earliest valid entry from a person will count.

Entrants are invited, but not required, to subscribe to the linked YouTube channel and like a video listed on the Contest page. Doing so, or not doing so, has no effect on eligibility, on scoring, or on the chance of winning. Liking and subscribing is free. This step is separate from, and not affiliated with, YouTube, which does not sponsor the Contest.

5. How the winner is determined

This is a contest of skill. After the Big Game, each entry is scored by the number of correct picks, weighted by round: Wild Card = 1 point per correct pick, Divisional = 2 points, Conference Championship = 4 points, and Big Game winner = 8 points (maximum 30 points). The eligible entrant with the highest score is the potential winner. If two or more entrants tie, the entry submitted earliest wins. Results are based on the official game results published by the NFL at NFL.com. If a game is not played or a result is changed by the NFL, Sponsor's decision is final.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: (a) a printable "Bragging Rights Certificate," and (b) one $20 (USD) gift card, winner's choice of eBay or Walmart. The specific certificate title will be determined by a single spin of a prize wheel conducted by Sponsor after the winner is verified. The wheel has six (6) segments: Hall of Fame Champion, MVP Champion, All-Pro Champion, Pro Bowl Champion, Playoff Champion, and Rookie Champion. Each segment has an equal chance of being selected, and every segment includes the same $20 eBay or Walmart gift card, so the spin decides only the certificate title. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $20. Sponsor will purchase the gift card and deliver it to the winner by email. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer, including any expiration date or fees. Sponsor is not responsible for a gift card once it has been delivered. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the gift card is unavailable.

7. Winner notification and verification

The potential winner will be contacted at the email address submitted within seven (7) days after the Big Game. The winner must respond within seven (7) days and confirm eligibility. If the potential winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or does not respond in time, the prize may be awarded to the next highest eligible entrant. Sponsor may ask the winner for a first name and city for the purpose of announcing results.

8. Taxes and costs

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes and any other costs related to acceptance and use of the prize.

9. Privacy

Sponsor collects your name, email address, bracket picks, and, if you choose to provide it, your YouTube username to run the Contest, verify the winner, and communicate about the Contest. Sponsor will send occasional marketing email only if you check the optional box on the form, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor will not sell your personal information. Data is processed through Sponsor's website host (Netlify) and is retained for ninety (90) days after the Contest ends, except for winner records Sponsor is required to keep by law. 10. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if it cannot be run as planned. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from liability for any claims arising from participation or prize use, to the extent permitted by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Trademarks

NFL and team names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify teams. The Contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NFL, any team, or YouTube. eBay and Walmart are trademarks of their respective owners and are named only to describe the prize; they do not sponsor or endorse the Contest.
